Barcelona, 5 October 2015 – The Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce (ASCAME) – represented by the Spanish Cluster for the Internationalization and Innovation of the Spanish Solar companies (Solartys) – attended the Environment Trade Fair of Tárrega on 3-4 October for the European project FOSTEr in MED (Fostering Solar Technology in the Mediterranean Area).
The Environment Trade Fair received more than 12.000 visitors and a total of 80 exhibitors participated, who had the opportunity to show their novelties on hybrid and electric vehicles, eco-building materials, biomass boilers, among others.
FOSTEr in MED project, funded by ENPI CBC MED Programme, had a stand where the project and its results were exposed. During the fair, Solartys was responsible for answering questions from the visitors and distributing Foster in MED promotional materials provided by ASCAME.
ASCAME will be also represented by Solartys in three-benchmark fairs for the renewable energy sector in October, which are cited below.
Green cities & Sostenibilidad (7-8th of October, Malaga)
The sixth edition of Green cities & Sostenibilidad will host more than 200 stakeholders from the public and private sectors in order to address the main challenges and discuss the tools and opportunities offered by the gradual introduction of the smart city model in the Spanish cities and in the international market. It creates opportunities for companies to improve their competitiveness and their position on the international stage.
Egética Feria de las Energías (20-22th of October Valencia)
Egética Feria de las Energías is the meeting place for the energy sector in Spain. It is a reference fair in which professionals and companies can know the latest trends in design, materials, technologies and products. Egética allows visitors to access to the latest and most innovative products and services in the field of sustainable production and distribution. In addition, the fair will promote new technological solutions related to energy and environment and everything related to the efficiency of transport and sustainable mobility.
Ecoviure (23-25 October, Manresa)
Ecoviure is a product demonstration fair, service and alternative proposals to support the “green life“. This is a participatory project created by producers, processors, distributors and consumers, as well as by institutions which have agreed on the selection criteria of some exhibitors that will ensure ecological representation. During Ecoviure, there will be spaces for meetings, conferences, debates, panel discussions and exchange of experiences. The economic activity of agriculture and organic farming will also be represented, as well as clean technologies and solidarity.
