The Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASCAME) calls on all Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry and companies to maintain increased vigilance, following the increase in the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in the region.

The number of people diagnosed positive for COVID-19 continues to increase. While we have to live with the virus, we have to be extremely vigilant. ASCAME therefore calls for the mobilisation and responsibility of its network to ensure continuity of economic activity under the best conditions.

To this end, it is essential to continue to ensure strict compliance with the rules of hygiene and social distancing, particularly in the workplace, by promoting teleworking where possible, in transport and in daily personal life.
