What is your ideal inclusion business paradigm for Mediterranean companies and start-ups?
An ideal inclusion business paradigm for Mediterranean companies and start-ups should balance innovation, cultural diversity and social responsibility. My comprehensive vision includes ensuring gender-balanced leadership with representation from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, creating structured mentorship programs and skill development programs, equal opportunities and fair work policies, equal pay audits and knowledge sharing. This paradigm fosters sustainable economic growth by empowering all members of society, particularly women and marginalized communities, making Mediterranean companies competitive on a global scale while embracing their rich cultural heritage.
