The “International Conference on Energy in the Mediterranean” will take place on 8 December 2014 in Istanbul, Turkey.

This conference, organised by ASCAME and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, as Chair of ASCAME’s Conventional Energy Commission, will take place in a context where energy is a key factor of development and a challenge in our region and where the interdependence and energy complementarity that link the countries of both shores invite reflection on deeper energy cooperation. The event will be a great opportunity to discuss the latest developments as well as the opportunities and challenges that the energy sector may entail in the region. In the framework of this event, B2B meetings will also be organised on 9 December between the Mediterranean companies participating in the event with a view to creating business opportunities.
