The MICE industry further provides immense benefits to the broader economy as it generates on average a higher spending level, reduces seasonality, contributes to the regeneration of destinations, spreads knowledge and enhances innovation and creativity. It generates one-third of the tourism economy in the world.

The Commission main objective is to create a better networking and business exchange environment among the members while increasing the awareness of the MICE industry in the region.
