FIREMED, represented by ASCAME, together with almost 100 other representatives from more than 60 projects, participated in the Joint Communication Training, which was co-organized by the South East Europe and Mediterranean transnational programmes the last 2 and 3 June in Bled (Slovenia).

During the two days of training, different sessions on Communication Strategies were organised; how to use Social Media to reach the stakeholders of the projects, how to organise successful Final Events, how to use Story-telling to disseminate the project results in the best way; and how to advocate the project at EU level.

The event gave a great opportunity for a valuable exchange of knowledge and practices between SEE and MED projects thanks to the different networking possibilities and created an open space to create synergies between projects focused on the same topic.

The training, which was aimed at supporting project communication managers in the communication activities to be carried out by their projects, wrote the path on how to best disseminate the results of the projects by increasing their impact in order to reach an appropriate target audience.
