The Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce (ASCAME) would like to express its solidarity and most heartfelt condolences to the Albanian people, businesses and government, after the terrible earthquake that hit the Durrës region on November 26th 2019.
ASCAME stands besides its members and is ready to support the Albanian people and its businesses in the process of recuperation. In this regard, ASCAME calls for the solidarity of its members to help and support the Albanian people and their businesses.
Indeed, the millenary Mediterranean region has always been an interconnected and solidary region. In these difficult moments for the Albanian people, Mediterranean people, businesses and institutions must stand together to support the Albanian people to overcome this difficult situation.
The earthquake of November 26th hit the northern coast of Albania, affecting specially the city of Durrës.
