Description
This two days conference will deal with international arbitration and the latest regional developments.
The 29th of June, the “Icc Institute Advanced Training” will focus on the conduct of the proceedings and case management: The Arbitrator’s Perspective, in-depth on how the arbitrator should establish his authority over the parties throughout the proceedings, including hearings, and deal with his fellow-arbitrators.
The 30th of June, a workshop will be organised. This workshop will discuss the decisions as to costs in international arbitration. For example, the Commission’s new report will be highlighted. Attendees will understand how arbitral tribunals allocate costs with a view to controlling time and costs effectively and assist in creating fair, well-managed proceedings which meet their expectations.
