Primeminister Vučić: Support of the Government to the modernization of the Chamber System of Serbia

CCIS is a major partner of the Government of Serbia in the internationalization of the Serbian economy and creating economic measures. Without cooperation, it would be difficult to bring investors, said the Prime Minister Vucic. Teamwork is essential in the implementation of reforms with the aim of improving the productivity and competitiveness of the economy, said Marko Čadež, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

The Prime Minister positively assessed the reform of the Chamber System, pointing out that it is good that 20 chambers in Serbia in the future work solely, in the interest of the economy. He expressed gratitude towards the Chamber of Commerce of Austria and its President Christoph Leitl, the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and GIZ for the contribution and support to the reform process.

Nermin Ljubović, Director of Economic System Division of CCIS presented services of the Chamber offered  to about 120,000 companies and 215,000 entrepreneurs in all industries from all over Serbia. Their interests are represented by 16 associations and 128 groups of CCIS. Business Portal, Business info service, Base of investment projects, education, organization of business forums and bilateral meetings of businessmen at home and abroad, participation in fairs, consensual financial restructuring, dispute resolution, are just some of the services.
